Shipping Policy and Delivery Times

At Pokenakama , every figure and accessory is carefully crafted using 3D printing and hand-finished techniques. Therefore, shipping times include both production time and estimated delivery time.

Production and order preparation

Once your order is confirmed, we begin the manufacturing and preparation process.

• Estimated preparation time:
  Between 3 and 7 working days , depending on the volume of work and the type of product (customization, size, finish…).

If the product is in stock, preparation can be faster.

Domestic shipping (Spain)

• Shipping agency: We use trusted courier services (Correos, MRW, SEUR, etc.).

• Estimated delivery time:
  Between 24 and 72 working hours once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

• Shipping cost:
  Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the address and weight of the order.

International Shipping

We currently also ship to some countries in the European Union.

• Estimated delivery time:
  Between 5 and 10 business days from the date the package is shipped.

• International shipping costs:
  They are calculated automatically during the purchase process according to the destination.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment status.

Incidents and delays

In case of delays by the carrier, problems with the address or packages held, Pokenakama will collaborate to resolve the issue, but is not responsible for delays beyond the company's control once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Please remember that it is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address . If there are errors in the information provided and the order cannot be delivered, we are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise.
